At Over the Top Roofing, we specialise in restoring your roof to pristine condition. We offer services that include the following: High pressure cleaning of existing tiles on roof, replacement of broken tiles, flexi-point existing ridging, and cleaning out debris from the guttering. In addition, we see to it that your roof tiles are refreshed with quality Dulux products including Dulux Roof Surface Primer and Dulux Roof Membrane. This includes a 10 year warranty by Dulux, unless the roof has been previously repainted.

A 10-year warranty on Roof Restorations
Dulux offer a 10 year written warranty upon completion – and we can do this because we only use the highest quality, Australian-made products, and all work is carried out by tradesmen who take pride in their work. It is our responsibility. There are no tradesmen blaming manufacturers or manufacturers blaming tradesmen.
Note: If the roof has been previously painted, Dulux will not offer the 10-year written warranty.
